Original blog post title... I know. I am sure I will hear (say) 100's of "SIDEWAYS" references over the next few days at the 2014 Wine Blogging Conference in Buellton, Santa Barbara County.
This will be my first time exploring the Santa Ynez Wine Country area and I am excited to learn more about an area that I only have brief knowledge of... I think they make Pinot Noir, and hate Merlot?!?! :) ... Right?
This Thursday I leave with my friend and partner in wine crime, Amy Seese from the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce (and my client) for a weekend of wine blogging, wine tasting, wine-shenanigans, and wine pouring at the Friday night wine reception: Wine Tourism Throughout North America Hosted by Touring & Tasting Marketing and Media (from 8:30p - 10:30p in the Outdoor Garden Pavilion Patio).
