California Wine Month on the Wine Road
In support of California Wine Month, the Sonoma County Wine Road is hosting a photo contest during the month of September.
Share a Photo of Wine
To enter:
- Share a photo on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram of a Wine Road member’s wine from a recent visit to a tasting room, restaurant or from your own backyard. If you forget which wineries are Wine Road members, visit here.
- The photo must be tagged with both #CAWineMonth and #WineRoad.
- Your account should be public so the team at the Wine Road can see it.

A few (very brief) tips for the PERFECT wine photo...
- Shoot your photos in natural light, outside, or next to a window. THOUGH.... Too much sun can wash out photos, so made sure to have some shade.
- Make sure you hold your camera or smart phone steady and tap on the area you want to focus on.
- Have fun with your composition. The best photos tell a story.
- Take a ton of photos, but only share one.
Cash prizes ($250, $100 and $50) will be awarded to the Wine Road team’s favorite three photos entries. Sounds like a great #PhotoContestPrize to me!
