Vegetarian Tamale with Kale Salad

I love the frozen green chili and cheese tamales from Trader Joes - they are easy to heat up and go great with any mini salad. 

I have been into kale a lot lately (finally realizing that you have to saute longer than spinach) and I made a small kale salad with garlic and olive oil to place on top of my tamale.
