  1. Canva Pro - This app is my go-to for creating visuals for social media. Their drag-and-drop interface and built-in templates make it super easy to create or edit images. Plus, with Canva Pro, you can access even more templates, fonts, and visuals. If you're not a designer or don't have the budget to hire one, Canva Pro is a great option for creating professional-looking visuals. You can use the free version, but seriously - the paid version is WORTH IT! 

  2. Buffer - This website is great for helping me schedule and publish content across all my social media platforms. With Buffer, you can connect all your social media accounts and schedule posts in advance. This is a huge time-saver for me because I can batch-create content and then set it up to publish automatically. Buffer also provides robust analytics to track your post performance and see which content types resonate with your audience. 

  3. Asana - This tool is my project management tool of choice. I used to use Trello but switched to Asana a few years ago and never looked back. Asana allows me to create projects, assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place. It's indispensable for keeping everyone on track and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. 

  4. Flodesk - This website is my email provider. I switched to Flodesk earlier this year after using Mailchimp for several years and haven't looked back.
