So many choices for goat cheeses out here in Sonoma County (and Marin)...
Thankfully the awesome cheese team at Oliver's Market is super friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out a Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc (not shown) for a creamy base of my spinach soup!
