Buffalo Cauliflower in the East Bay

Buffalo Cauliflower in the East Bay

Have you had buffalo cauliflower yet?  I have been craving the buffalo cauliflower from Homage Martinez since I saw it on Instagram from #yelpeastbay.

Over the past year I’ve been obsessed with the spicy buffalo flavor. A few places in orange county/LA have buffalo cauliflower that is fried. A few I’ve loved. A few fell flat.

But this healthier version, with crumbled blue cheese was so good. And not too spicy. So perfect for dragons (ryeson was obsessed with the dragons love tacos book for a while so I have to reference it). The plant based side dish held up well even when we got takeout from downtown Martinez and drove it to a park near our new house in Concord.

I will be sharing more food images of my foodie adventures once I move to the East Bay at the end of July... but I promise I will be back up in Sonoma County to try more buffalo cauliflower at some of the places people suggested on my Facebook page!!! (Looking at you K&L Bistro).
